1. Purpose
This licence authorises the user to access and use Dive.Explo360 content strictly for personal, private or family purposes.

2. Rights granted
The user is authorised to:
- view content on the website.
- use content solely by viewing it on screen, without downloading or reproducing it, exclusively in a private or family setting.

3. Strict limitations
It is prohibited to:
- make recordings.
- display content publicly or for association, educational, institutional or professional purposes.
- embed content in a video, presentation, slideshow, website or application intended for an audience, even free of charge.
- share content on the Internet, social media, video platforms or any public space. 
- exploit content for profit, commercial or sponsored purposes.

4. Intellectual property
- All content is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.
- The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable licence.
- No modification, reproduction, redistribution or extraction is permitted.
- All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

5. Term and termination
- Valid indefinitely, subject to compliance with these conditions.
- Any breach of the conditions results in immediate termination of the licence.

- Use of the content implies full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions.

1. Purpose
The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence allows non-profit organisations to access and embed the dive.explo360 species profile search engine, together with all existing and future species profiles, for educational, cultural, scientific or association purposes, without commercial intent.

2. Eligibility
The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence is reserved for non-commercial organisations, including:
- associations governed by the French 1901 Associations Act;
- clubs, federations or association networks;
- schools, educational establishments or training organisations;
- local and regional authorities;
- public or private non-profit organisations.

Any organisation with a commercial purpose is excluded from this scheme.

3. Rights granted
Under the AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence, the holder is authorised to:
- embed the module provided by dive.explo360, giving access to the search engine and species profiles, exclusively on their non-commercial website;
- project this content to an audience during workshops, classes, lectures, exhibitions or events held exclusively in person, with the audience physically present;
- use this content in internal materials for non-profit training, awareness-raising or educational outreach;
- make recordings or video edits strictly for internal use, without public distribution or online publication, including on private or association platforms.

4. Strict limitations on use
It is strictly prohibited to:
- publish, host or directly distribute all or part of dive.explo360 content on the Internet outside the authorised embed module;
- copy, extract, store, reproduce, redistribute or make species profiles or their data available for download;
- use the content in a commercial, sponsored or promotional context, or one generating direct or indirect remuneration;
- modify, alter, adapt or transform the content, text, data, visuals or media;
- index the data locally or reuse it in a third-party database.

5. Intellectual property
- All content remains the exclusive property of dive.explo360.
- The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable.
- No intellectual property rights are assigned, expressly or implicitly.
- All rights not expressly granted under this licence remain reserved.

6. Embedding on the holder’s website
The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence permits embedding the official dive.explo360 module only on the licence holder’s website, provided that website is strictly non-commercial.

- Embedding conditions:
- the module must be displayed as supplied, without modifying its content, data or operation;
- the host website’s visual design is unrestricted, provided it does not alter the displayed content;
- the following notice must be visible: “© dive.explo360 — All rights reserved”;
- any public redistribution, duplication of the module or modification of the embed code is prohibited;
- embedding on a third-party or commercial website requires a separate professional licence.

7. Licence and financial conditions
- An AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence is required, including for free use.
- The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence takes the form of an annual subscription, under the terms defined on dive.explo360.fr.
- The price is adapted to the organisation’s nature and financial means (free, voluntary contribution or solidarity rate).
- Subscribing constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions.

9. Term
The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence takes effect only after:
- explicit acceptance through the designated form,
- approval by dive.explo360,
- payment of the subscription or agreed amount.

10. Termination
Any use that does not comply with these conditions results in immediate and automatic termination of the Solidaire Licence, without notice or compensation.

11. Acceptance
The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence enters into force only after:
- explicit confirmation by the applicant through the dedicated form;
- payment of the corresponding subscription.

12. Availability and development of content
dive.explo360 reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to:
- develop, modify, enrich, add or remove all or part of the species profiles;
- modify, develop, suspend or remove certain features of the search engine or embed module.

These changes do not constitute a breach of the AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence or an obligation to provide continuous, exhaustive or unchanged content over time.

The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence holder may not claim any indemnity, compensation or liability in the event of changes, temporary unavailability or development of the content or features.

13. Scope of use
Embedding the dive.explo360 module is authorised exclusively on public pages of the AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Solidaire Licence holder’s website.

The following are expressly excluded:
- restricted areas, intranets, extranets or platforms requiring authentication;
- closed environments accessible only to identified members, subscribers, clients or beneficiaries;
- any distribution comparable to a private or restricted-access service.

Any use outside pages freely accessible to the public constitutes non-compliant use and triggers the provisions of Article 10 – Termination, without prejudice to dive.explo360’s right to seek compensation for proven harm.

companies, self-employed professionals, media organisations, institutions, training organisations, audiovisual productions, communications services and any organisation offering monetised, sponsored or publicly accessible content.

3. Rights granted
Subject to approval by dive.explo360, the AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Pro Licence holder is authorised to:
- Embed dive.explo360 content in a film, report, website, application, exhibition, public installation or digital system.
- Distribute content through online or offline media, including for commercial purposes.
- Use content in paid training, educational modules, classes or paid educational outreach activities.
- Exploit content in a sponsored or funded project.
- Content is integrated either by embedding or by on-screen display (projection, recording), without extracting source data or media, unless specifically authorised in writing.

These rights are strictly limited to the scope described in the accepted application.

4. Embedding on a commercial website
The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Pro Licence authorises integration, exclusively by embedding, on the AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Pro Licence holder’s website of the following elements supplied by dive.explo360:
- The dive.explo360 species profile search engine.
- The species profiles currently available and those subsequently made accessible through this engine.

Embedding conditions
- Integration must use the embed code provided by dive.explo360.
- Embedded content must remain completely intact, without modification, extraction or reformatting.
- The following notice must remain visible at all times: © dive.explo360 — All rights reserved
- Removing credits, altering content or redistributing it without authorisation is prohibited.

Scope of use
- Embedding is authorised on public pages or pages restricted by a username, password or paid access.
- Setting up, managing and securing the paid-access system is solely the licence holder’s responsibility.
- The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Pro Licence covers legitimate commercial uses of the website concerned:
paid website, advertising, paid training, exhibition, media or commercial communications.

5. Limitations
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute dive.explo360 content.
- Create derivative products, databases, catalogues or services based mainly or exclusively on dive.explo360 content.
- Extract content from its embedded format (embed/iframe).
- Transfer or assign the licence to a third party.
- Use content outside the website declared and approved in the application.

6. Intellectual property
- All content remains the exclusive property of dive.explo360.
- The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Pro Licence is non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable.
- No intellectual property rights are assigned.
- All rights not expressly granted under this licence remain reserved.

7. Content availability
dive.explo360 reserves the right to:
- develop, modify, add or remove species profiles,
- modify search engine features,
without this constituting an obligation to provide continuous or unchanged content over time.

The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Pro Licence is granted for 12 months (annual licence), or for the duration of a specific project, as agreed in writing.

Any non-compliant use results in immediate termination of the AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Pro Licence without notice, and may require a new licence, without prejudice to dive.explo360’s right to seek compensation for proven harm.

11. Acceptance
The AMIGANSEAU Explorer – Pro Licence takes effect only after:
- explicit acceptance through the designated form,
- approval by dive.explo360,
- payment of the subscription or agreed amount.

1. Purpose
The AMIGANSEAU Académie - Individuel Licence allows trainers, teachers and science educators to access dive.explo360.fr content (dives, species profiles, articles, learning paths and games), except for the reserved service AMIGANSEAU TV WEB/PRO.
Access is strictly online and exclusively for educational activities: courses, lectures, workshops or training, whether paid or free.
The AMIGANSEAU Académie - Individuel Licence grants no right to reproduce, download, print or redistribute content.

2. Intended users
- Independent trainers
- Teachers
- Science educators

Commercial use outside an educational setting is prohibited.

3. Rights granted
The holder may:
- View all website content online only.
- Use this content as teaching material for courses, lectures, training or workshops held exclusively in person, with the audience physically present.
- Project or display content to an audience during their educational activities.
- Prepare internal materials that are not distributed.

4 – Learning path creation tool
4.1 Tool description
The AMIGANSEAU Académie - Individuel Licence includes access to a tool allowing the holder to design customised learning paths.
This tool allows users to:
- Select and organise content from dive.explo360 (dives, species profiles and articles);
- Create original educational content (quizzes and text panels with or without illustrations), independent of dive.explo360 content.
- Within a given learning path, content created by the holder (quizzes and text panels with or without illustrations), independent of dive.explo360 content, may not exceed one third (1/3) of the total number of slides in that path.
The maximum number of created items is calculated by reference to the total number of slides actually included in the path when it is saved.
Any fraction resulting from this calculation is rounded down to the nearest whole number.

4.2 Ownership of content created by the holder
- Educational content created by the holder using the tool (quizzes, text panels and illustrated panels) remains the exclusive property of its author.
- The code, software tools, technical features and infrastructure enabling this content to be created, displayed and operated remain the exclusive property of dive.explo360.
- This licence does not transfer any rights to dive.explo360 over content created by the holder.

4.3 Editorial responsibility
- dive.explo360 exercises no editorial, scientific, educational or legal control over content created by the holder through the learning path creation tool.
- The holder is solely responsible for the content they create, its accuracy, its compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and its use.

4.4 Access to and distribution of learning paths
- Learning paths are shared with participants exclusively by sending a link to an online page.
This page may present, as a content carousel or gallery:
- Content from dive.explo360, displayed in a viewing interface (modal window or equivalent);
- Content created by the holder, displayed in the same interface.
- No dive.explo360 content is sent by email, downloaded, printed or supplied as a file.

4.5 Legal status of displayed content
- Content from dive.explo360 remains subject to these licence conditions, regardless of its inclusion in a learning path or association with content created by the holder.
- Content created by the holder must not be treated as dive.explo360 content and remains the sole responsibility of its author.

4.6 End of the licence
- On expiry or termination of the AMIGANSEAU Académie - Individuel Licence, access to learning paths is suspended.
- dive.explo360 is under no obligation to retain, archive, return or export content created by the holder.

4.7 Supervised educational access for participants
Following an in-person training session, course, workshop or lecture, the holder may send participants a personal link to an online page dedicated to the learning path they followed.
This page may present, as a carousel or gallery:
- Content from dive.explo360, viewable exclusively in the designated interface;
- Content created by the holder (quizzes, text panels and illustrated panels).
This access:
- Is strictly limited to the path followed;
- Does not allow unrestricted navigation on dive.explo360;
- Gives no access to a search engine, general catalogue or other website content;
- Does not permit content to be downloaded, printed, recorded or extracted;
- Is personal, non-transferable and time-limited.
- This access does not constitute individual access to dive.explo360 under this licence.
- Participants must accept the terms of use applicable to this educational access before viewing any content.

5. Restrictions on use
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Download, copy, reproduce, print or redistribute content.
- Publish content on another website or digital medium.
- Use content for commercial purposes outside an educational setting.
- Modify, adapt or transform content.
- Allow access to third parties who do not hold the licence.

6. Intellectual property

8. Financial conditions and term
- Annual licence, renewable subject to continued compliance with these conditions.
- Pricing: free, voluntary contribution or Trainer rate, adjusted to the holder’s means.
- Subscribing implies full and unconditional acceptance of the licence conditions.

Access is strictly online and exclusively for educational activities: courses, lectures, workshops or training, whether paid or free.
This licence grants no right to reproduce, download, print or redistribute content.

2. Intended users
- Public or private educational establishments
- Training organisations and centres
- Associations with an educational or scientific purpose
- Local and regional authorities and institutional educational organisations

Commercial use outside an educational setting is prohibited.

3. Licence holder
- The licence holder is the organisation that subscribed to the AMIGANSEAU Académie – Structure Licence.
- The organisation designates a defined number of teachers, trainers or educators authorised to use the content as part of their duties within that organisation.

4. Rights granted
Under this licence, the organisation and its declared teachers may:
- View all content on dive.explo360.fr online only;
- Use this content as teaching material for courses, lectures, training or workshops held exclusively in person, with the audience physically present.

Learners or participants have no individual right of access to the content.

- The AMIGANSEAU Académie – Structure Licence includes access to a tool allowing teachers or trainers declared by the organisation to design customised learning paths.
This tool allows users to:
- Select and organise content from dive.explo360.fr (dives, species profiles and articles);
- Create original educational content (quizzes and text panels with or without illustrations), independent of dive.explo360 content.
- Within a given learning path, content created by the holder (quizzes and text panels with or without illustrations), independent of dive.explo360 content, may not exceed one third (1/3) of the total number of slides in that path.

- This licence does not transfer any rights to dive.explo360 over content created by the organisation.

5.3 Editorial responsibility
- dive.explo360 exercises no editorial, scientific, educational or legal control over content created by the organisation or its instructors.
- The organisation is solely responsible for the content created, its accuracy, its compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and its use.

5.4 Access and distribution arrangements
- Learning paths are shared with participants exclusively by sending a link to an online page.

This page may present:
- Content from dive.explo360, viewable through a dedicated interface (modal window or equivalent);
- Content created by the organisation or its teachers, displayed in the same interface.

5.5 — Supervised educational access for participants
Following in-person training delivered by a teacher or trainer declared by the organisation, a personal link may be sent to participants, giving them access to an online page dedicated to the learning path they followed.
This page may present:
- Content from dive.explo360, accessible only through a dedicated viewing interface;
- Content created by the organisation or its instructors (quizzes, text panels and illustrated panels).
This access:
- Is strictly limited to the learning path concerned;
- Does not permit unrestricted navigation on dive.explo360;
- Does not permit content to be downloaded, reproduced, printed or recorded;
- Is personal, non-transferable and time-limited.
- This access does not establish an individual right of access to dive.explo360.
- Participants must accept the terms of use applicable to this educational access before viewing any content.

5.6 Legal status of content
- Content from dive.explo360 remains subject to these licence conditions, regardless of its inclusion in a learning path.

3. Strict limitations
It is strictly prohibited to:

- Capture, copy or record content.
- Display content publicly or for association, educational, institutional or professional purposes.
- Embed content in a video, presentation, slideshow, website or application intended for an audience, even free of charge.
- Share content on the Internet, social media, video platforms or any public space.
- Exploit content for profit, commercial or sponsored purposes.
- Give, lend, resell or share access to the Premium subscription.

4. Intellectual property

- Use content for cultural, educational or presentation purposes
- Exploit content under the conditions of the subscribed licence

4. Display mode
- Unattended display: unrestricted public access without human assistance
- Guided display: use supervised by an educator, teacher or activity leader

The permitted display mode depends on the subscribed licence.

5. Limitations

2. Beneficiary organisation
The licence is granted to a single organisation for a geographical site defined when subscribing. It cannot be transferred, pooled or extended to other sites or organisations.

3. Rights granted
The holder is authorised to:
- Display AMIGANSEAU content to the public on the declared devices
- Use content for cultural, educational or presentation purposes
- Exploit content under the conditions of the subscribed licence

4. Display mode
- Unattended display: unrestricted public access without human assistance
- Guided display: use supervised by an educator, teacher or activity leader

The permitted display mode depends on the subscribed licence.

5. Limitations
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Reproduce, extract or redistribute content
- Make content freely accessible online
- Use content outside the declared site
- Sublicense or assign rights

6. Intellectual property
Content remains the exclusive property of AMIGANSEAU.
The licence is non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable.

7. Content availability
AMIGANSEAU reserves the right to modify or develop the content without any obligation to keep it unchanged.

8. Mandatory notice
Any display must include the notice:

Any non-compliant use results in immediate termination of the licence.

The AMIGANSEAU Éducation nationale Licence allows a school to use AMIGANSEAU content strictly for educational purposes, in a teacher’s presence, with pupils enrolled at the school.

2. Beneficiary school
The licence is granted to a single primary or secondary school for internal use.
It cannot be transferred, pooled or used by another school.

3. Rights granted
The holder is authorised to:
- Use AMIGANSEAU content in class or in a supervised educational setting
- Display content to pupils during lessons, workshops or educational activities
- Use content for learning, awareness-raising or assessment

4. Display mode
- Guided display only: content must be used in a teacher’s presence
- Unattended display not permitted: no unrestricted access to content without educational supervision

5. Limitations
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Give pupils unrestricted individual access to content (personal account, school digital workspace or direct link)
- Display content outside the classroom or school setting
- Use content for commercial or promotional purposes
- Reproduce, extract or redistribute content

6. Access and accounts
- Access restricted to the school’s teachers
- Pupils have no independent individual access
- The account is non-transferable and under the holder’s responsibility
