The dive logbook that helps you tell your story and understand it

You tell the story of your dive.AMIGANSEAU Explorarium helps reveal its meaning.

A few choices, the species encountered and your own words are enough. AMIGANSEAU Explorarium improves your account while staying true to your memory, then can turn your observations into a clear, engaging and shareable natural history interpretation of the underwater landscape.

Two spaces, one dive

Private entry, a public logbook that reflects you

On the boat or at home, divers retain control of their accounts, their data and what they wish to share. The interface helps them express their memories; the public logbook then turns them into a reading experience.

Management interface

Less form-filling, better storytelling

Guided entry that is clear and works with a keyboard or the phone’s microphone.

Designed for the return from a dive

Five simple steps, even on a boat

1

Identify the dive

Date, private site name, logbook title and environments explored.

2

Choose the species

Visual cards to find the inhabitants observed.

3

Recall the atmosphere

Quickly choose the landscape, light and conditions.

4

Tell or dictate your story

A few freely written sentences, then an improvement you can always edit.

5

Create your logbook

Experiential or natural history, private or shareable with an account.

Two kinds of help, two different purposes

Tell the memory better. Understand the landscape better.

Improving the account focuses on writing quality without turning a memory into a lesson. Natural history interpretation comes afterwards, if the diver wants it, to explain the environment using only the information actually known.

01The landscape explored

The setting, shapes and transitions are established before the living things.

02Signs of life

The inhabitants observed reveal different ways of occupying this landscape.

03Understand what is happening

The most relevant ecological mechanism connects the landscape, roles and processes.

Natural history reasoning, never a catalogue

Species profiles provide the reference information for habitats, roles, living zones and microhabitats. The engine starts with the terrain and seabed actually described, chooses an interpretation suited to that dive and avoids any insufficiently supported inference.

A faithful accountPersonal text is corrected and expanded without changing the events experienced.
No inventionNeither presence, abundance nor environmental condition is inferred without data.
Invisible contextPrivate parameters refine the analysis without being displayed publicly.
Targeted regenerationOnly sections that have been completely cleared are renewed; the others remain intact.
Two ways to tell the story

Divers choose what they wish to share

Personal logbook

Convey the feeling of the dive

The landscape, personal account, featured encounter and observed species form a direct, human and immersive logbook.

  • The improved memory remains at the centre
  • The diver’s chronology and voice are preserved
  • No natural history analysis added
  • The choice can be changed for each logbook
A publication that reflects you

Two themes for the cover page and every logbook

The theme chosen in the profile applies to the entire public collection without changing the text or observations. The architecture allows other visual themes to be added in future.

Illustrated theme

The exploration logbook

Watercolours, natural history papers and panoramic compositions give the journal the feel of a real field notebook.

Contemporary theme

Clear, calm reading

A gentle, bright Mediterranean atmosphere, with no background image behind the content, similar to the management interface.

Share a love of observation

A tool for divers and those who guide them
