AMIGANSEAU À BORD

You saw it. Find its name.

In dis-MOI, trouve-MOI and clic-MOI, MOI stands for the French words Mer, Observation, Identification — Sea, Observation, Identification.

A silhouette, a colour, a way of moving… trouve-MOI helps you find an organism you observed while diving through a few simple questions.

From observations to identification clues

  1. Before you leave

Sign in to your Dive.Explo360 account, activate your smartphone and download the data for your sea while you have a connection.

  2. Describe what you saw

Choose your sea and your level: primary school, middle school, high school or adult. Answer using features you actually observed.

  3. Narrow it down without guessing

The next questions adapt to your answers. Position in the water, shape, attachment surface or visible structures help distinguish organisms. If you are unsure, use the answer that lets you skip that feature.

  4. Compare and check

Compare the suggested species and read their profiles. Results are plausible clues: check distinctive features before choosing a name.

Designed for returning to the boat

A readable smartphone interface, large touch targets and short questions help you recall your observations after the dive. You can go back to an answer as your memory becomes clearer.

Prepare offline access

An account is required. Access is free during launch and only one device can be active per account. Once downloaded and activated, the tool can work without a connection while its authorisation remains valid. Reconnect before another trip to check and renew access.

Keep the memory with Explorarium

Once you have checked the identification, select the species yourself in Explorarium. Write a note about the encounter and add a question about the species using dis-MOI.

Observe without touching or moving organisms. A forgotten feature or a species missing from the reference may leave several possibilities.
