Video dive in Maldives
A dive in the waters of the Maldives, in the Indian Ocean.
Developed by Dive.Explo360, Clic-M.O.I (Méditerranée, Organismes, Identification) is an innovative tool that lets visitors discover and identify marine species directly from interactive underwater videos. Each organism can be identified in real time and linked to learning resources suited to different levels of knowledge.
The platform provides access to over 200 underwater videos enriched with natural history content. It is a science communication tool for museums, aquariums, park visitor centres, marine protected areas, local authorities, schools, science centres, interpretation centres and organisations welcoming the public.
Designed for touchscreens, interactive kiosks, digital tables, temporary or permanent exhibitions and reception areas, the system encourages independent discovery of Mediterranean marine biodiversity while stimulating curiosity and learning.
The videos cover many characteristic Mediterranean habitats: Posidonia meadows, coralligenous reefs, rocky walls, wrecks, sandy areas and coastal ecosystems. Users can explore the species they observe, access their guides and deepen their understanding of marine natural heritage.
Dive.Explo360 also supports projects promoting natural heritage, environmental awareness and cultural interpretation, offering solutions adapted to the needs of institutions, natural area managers and environmental educators.
Has a species or behaviour caught your attention? Find its species guide, discover the explanations in the articles and explore marine environments through the learning paths. The games help you remember what you have observed.
